Colorado ACTS Mission Statement
The Actors Company and Theater School (Colorado ACTS), founded and operated by Christians, offers theater classes to children four to eighteen years old (seniors in high school). The school’s mission is to bring quality children’s drama education to the local community. At Colorado ACTS, the faculty and staff strive to create a safe place where students cultivate imagination, self-expression, and teamwork. Discipline, self-confidence, and belonging to a community are a few of the many benefits of theatre education.
ACTS is great! They accommodate the kids and families to make the experience positive. We are very grateful to ACTS.

I am so glad we found Colorado ACTS!! He has loved all of his directors, and we have already enrolled him for the next class.
~ Parent of child with ADD, Peter Pan
This was amazing and unlike anything we have ever done. With five kids and three who are adopted with special needs, life is complicated and we end up spending most of our time at doctor offices. Thank you so much for a program that met the needs of kids with a wide variety of challenges! They each shined and more importantly that each knew and felt that they shined! The speech/projection practice was unparalleled.
~ Shining Stars Parent
I am SO impressed with the job they do.
Always well done.
Always WHOLESOME.
Always can understand the actors/singers--even without microphones.
We need MORE of this!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely fantastic program that is much needed in this world. The arts are of the utmost importance, especially when centered around children.
~ Parent, Peter Pan
Again, we all enjoyed the show so much. You had a great cast all around. It is such a rare treat to see a show so well done.
~ Edith Weiss, Playwright
Wonderful Christian organization. My children had a wonderful first experience with ACTS. They are really looking forward to returning in the fall.
~ Parent, Molly Brown and the Miners
Never seen her so excited and talkative about an activity! When we pulled in day one and saw the sign with the cross, I knew we made the right decision! She met great friends, blossomed in confidence, challenged herself and took on something new. Thank you for all your encouragement and welcoming/inclusive spirit. Excellent! 10/10 on all! From emails, to face-to face contact and throughout the week all communication was excellent.

Oh.My.GOODNESS!!! This girl just had the BEST TIME at the 10th grade medieval feast at school!! She won best costume and therefore got to be Morgana le Fay!! She felt beautiful and confident and doesn't want to take it off!! Thank you so much!! ~ Costume Rental Customer
We are very, very happy at Colorado ACTS. Both of our kids have grown in confidence and social skills by being a part of the productions here. The directors and staff obviously care about the kids and our kids have found a second home here.
~ Parent of child with SPD, Beauty & the Beast
Colorado ACTS has boosted the social confidence of all of my children, as well as providing a safe, healthy place to explore their creativity, and communication skills. All three of my teens are now competent communicators and comfortable speaking in front of groups of peers as well as adults. Thank you CoACTS!

It has been such a pleasure to attend a few of Colorado ACTS shows this year! Also, have to share that we feel like our daughters' experiences with The Music Man and Miss Erin was such a great experience, and we wished to say thank you for opening your facility for kids to practice for such things:) Just yesterday my daughter was singing The Music Man songs, and before I knew it, I was humming along, and so was my other daughter. Catchy tunes indeed. It was like that for Seussical, too.
~ Parent
I just wanted to express my sincerest admiration and gratitude. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed being a part of The Music Man production. She is an extremely shy girl who has been having some struggles recently with self-esteem and to watch her smiling face while she was performing was amazing! I am so grateful for you, your co-workers and your theater group. What you provide to the families and the children that come through there is wonderful! It was so fun to see all the hard work pay off into what was a fun and entertaining performance! We are blessed to know you!

Our family participated in last year’s Friday morning home school group, which produced plays directed by Cindy Oury and Ebie Panozzo. All three of our kids are fairly quiet and shy, and none of them had previous drama experience. Their time proved to be an opportunity which helped them in their communication skills, as well as in their ability to answer the questions, “Where do I fit in to the big picture? What is my part to play?” Literally and figuratively! We are grateful for what they have learned through their experience. We plan on returning for another year, even though the drive is long for us. It is definitely worth the time and financial commitment.

Really fun show tonight! We enjoyed it thoroughly! It is such a treat to get to see you on stage, and exponentially so when we get to see your kids up there in the same show! And of course, Angela does a fantastic job as well! I knew this would be fun, and it definitely was. Thanks again for a great evening!

I am so pleased and impressed by your students who performed last night. Every child was amazing! I am so very glad we have signed into this great platform you provide with such great kids at Colorado ACTS. My son is so excited for the summer. Thank you for everything you and all the staff and volunteers do. Please pass along my hip hip hooray cheers for all the students as they were all so, so good!

You guys are awesome! Thanks for bringing your fine production to F.M. Day. It was a hit and so very important for these little ones to experience theater.
~ F.M. Day School
My children have always been very outgoing, but Colorado ACTS has made them more confident, and comfortable in their own skin.

Kudos to director, cast and crew for an outstanding production of Once Upon a Leprechaun. My wife, mother-in-law and myself attended the final performance this past Saturday night. The acting was spot on, singing beautiful, and the choreography wonderfully energetic. Thanks again, for such a delightful evening! All best wishes and much success in future productions.
~ Bill Francoeur, Composer/Lyricist
My child has grown in all areas and we feel fortunate to have Colorado ACTS in our lives. It allows for students to develop skills, strengthen talents and develop new ones. It is affordable and from the communities perspective produces shows that are quality and affordable for families. Thanks!
~ Parent
Thoroughly enjoyed the show! I was glad to see many participants who first started when the DDRC Players began.
~ Audience Member, DDRC presentation of A Christmas Carol
We love that tuition is reasonable. Classes are of a generous length. I am always surprised by the production value they accomplish with limited funds.
~ Parent, Beauty & the Beast
You are amazing. What an excellent production! I so enjoyed the play last night, was once again shocked at the quality of what can be pulled together in two months! Mostly I am extremely thankful that our child has a safe place to spend time building confidence. Our child struggles with language and learning and a lot of other social type things. This is such an amazing way for our child to be around great, accepting people and be able to work toward an end result in something that is fun and rewarding. My husband and I are eternally grateful. Thank you for your hard work!!!
~ Parent
Our child has had a wonderful experience with Colorado ACTS and only wishes that she could have started when she was even younger.
~ Parent, Beauty & the Beast
We love and appreciate Colorado ACTS!
